I wanted to add captions shortly after my order had been placed. Used the chat and my order was cancelled and a voucher issued allowing me to amend my original photo book.

I’m not real tech savvy so if I can put together a photo book….anyone can.  It’s such an easy and enjoyable process.  I have made a few for my daughter now as I document her life in photos every 4mths.  I love that the pages are thick, glossy and durable and the hardcovers are a bonus too.  Excellent quality photobooks.  I highly recommend

The app is easy to use and to start to create photo books. I have mine matte finished which I prefer and the quality of the finish is good. When you are editing the photo it will also tell you the quality of the photo so you can decide whether you use it or not. It would be easier if you have a laptop or tablet you can use so you can see the photos better on the page. Delivery is efficient and I have never had a problem with this.

Popsa has a few limitations and generally I can live with those. I recently put together a photo book and for whatever reason found the experience frustrating and posted a somewhat negative review. When having a look at what I had put together on my computer screen after placing my order and past the time allowed to make further changes (I compose the books on my iPhone) I discovered that I had cropped two photos that contained text important to my story. I immediately sent a message to Popsa in the hope that something could be done but also fixed the problem and placed a new order. The subsequent assistance from the Popsa team blew me away. The problem was resolved and I discovered that what I assumed was a very technologically driven app and process to delivery has an amazing human team supporting the customer when required. Thanks Popsa!
