Used helpline to change one photo as I accidentally chose a screenshot and my daughter showed me how to make it a better photo. Ended up having to cancel order to redo and took a few days to resend the order but was given free shipping which was a nice gesture for buying just one book.

Customer services. I initially had an issue with my order and contacted customer services, who sorted everything for me with no quibbles at all. I can now say that I have handed my gift over to a relative who lost his daughter in such tragic circumstances. He was overwhelmed. Thank you POPSA.

They always do a great job, but on one order the front cover got cut off and they allowed me to re-order it for free! I'm grateful and impressed!

The app was extremely easy to use and upload from my edited photos. I was was able to get a preview wall look of the final products and add or delete tiles to fit my price range and aesthetic look for the gift I created for my mother.

I accidentally made a mistake with my order and the company kindly sent me a voucher so I could cancel my order and made the changes I needed too. Really good customer service and fast responses, highly recommend

Making the book was very easy. My only issue was the fact that after I’d placed my first order with 20% discount I received an email welcoming me to the company & offering 50%off my first order - too late 😢

It was not easy for the first time. When u say 40% off did I have to creat another calendar? A book? When I was putting 2 calendars it came to 60! That was too much! I did put the code but don’t know what happen. Thank u

As advertised. 4th time I have used them . Great product

The printed image was initially enlarged during process so the picture was out of place. I was given a code to re-do the order and the final product is really lovely. It happened last year too so as long as you order in time the process comes good.
