I appreciated customer service prompt response after I realized that I had made a couple of mistakes after ordering. I was able to cancel and edit and reorder quickly. May be break down the cost of each page costs or each photo to give an idea to your client.

The Popsa system is easy to use and I have been happy with my photo books thus far. However, I tried to use my APRIL2025 discount and then to apply my free shipping code and the system won't allow two discounts. I don't think this is fair. If I have earned a "perk" there shouldn't be limitations...

To gain the discount, I only had one day to complete my order. This was a very quick way to get a quality product in the time given. My only suggestion is to somehow make more room on each page for photo comments, or a small comment under each photo on a page.

The original price was $69.79 and with their 50% off sale it took off $25 which isn’t 50% off. That is misleading. Other than that the products are very nice.
