Whist my order of three items had only one mistake, Popsa impressed me by not only correcting the single error, they re-did the whole order.

Deducted one star because the dispatch notice seemed to imply that there was only one bauble in the order, whereas I had paid for two. A stressful time until delivery, when there were two included. They are beautiful and I am very pleased with them.

An easy interface to work on photos, their arrangement, etc. Good quality photo book. Rapid delivery. The only minus comes from not being able to track the delivery to know when the photo book arrives.
