My order had an issue, but the customer service department promptly resolved it. I’m thrilled to receive my first photo book!

Easy to use app and templates. It would be to have a way to add detailed text versus the title caption.

Done so many books in the last five years that I’m getting to be an old hand and it flows very easily!

Very easy to use - easy to follow directions

I made a mistake on my initial order and Nicole from Popsa helped me rectify it so quickly. Can’t wait to receive my order!

I really did like it but several times the colors changed or didn’t ‘stick’, also pictures I hadn’t chosen popped in and kept coming back to be deleted. It might be my phone, internet or lack of experience! Looking forward to seeing the product.

Very easy interface, so uploading selected photos was quick and straightforward. It was useful to be able to manipulate the selected photos to get the best image. It was a shame that all photos had to be the same size, rather than a variety of different sizes.

Easy ordering! Picture layout is great, I love that you can change the layout per page! The only issue I have is, they didn't crop the top of all the pages. So, I have a white stripe across the top of every page.

The more you create … the easier it is to create what you want. Playing with the “page formats” is helpful -as well as switching photo positions. Wish there was the question: “what picture do you want on the cover?” - as it appears quite random to see “photo selected” when book is ready to be...
