Recently received my third book from Popsa - they are really good quality. However, on this occasion I did have an issue so reached out to the company who were brilliant in resolving it. Five stars from me for both the quality of the photobooks and the customer service!

I love Popsa all great and amazing holiday photos in a book, and so easy to do plus great value for money

The support when unable to load pictures dealt with quickly and problem was sorted

I ordered a book with a selection of my holiday photos. I liked the options given to design the entire book yourself. It was printed fairly quickly, sent within two weeks of ordering, and I'm happy with the result.

It was easy however some of the features were a little restrictive. I would have liked more words in the narrative section.

All in all quite good. Being older I struggled a bit to manoeuvre through changes I wanted to make but got there in end. Wait to see album when It arrives .

There was something wrong with my photo book but they were very good sorted new one out straight away with a discount too staff were helpful

I find the Popsa application very easy to work with- making changes, editing photos, are easily accomplished tasks within the software. The designs are beautiful and the finished product is high-end.

App is pretty simple once you get started. This was my 4th time using Popsa and it’s easier every time.

So easy to navigate!! Tried other sights for book making and they were impossible!! 1000% recommend Popsa!!!

Extraordinary customer service in a world with generally pretty awful service. I made a mistake and Popsa rectified it FOC and sent my new albums immediately. Just brilliant, thank you SO much

Items were more randomly placed on pages. Not as artistically created as some photo book companies.

Using the online app was so easy, with plenty of editing choices. Really looking forward to receiving the photo book, which is a surprise present for my daughter and husband after their trip to Chicago. Plan to use Popsa again.
