I ordered two books. Utah one was beautiful and exactly as I expected. The second one was for my other grandson and I thought having the itinerary on the front cover would encapsulate the trip. Instead it only contains part of the itinerary with words cut off so it wasn’t cropped well to fit....

I made a mistake while creating my photo book and didn't realize it until after I placed the order. I contacted customer service and was able to correct the issue. During this transaction I received the very best customer service ever.
