Popsa Research Programme Monthly Prize Draw Terms
1. Promoter
The promoter is Popsa International Limited (the “Promoter”), registered in England and Wales, with registered office at Nightingale House, 46/48 East Street, Epsom, Surrey, KT17 1HQ, United Kingdom.

2. The Prize Draw
The Promoter runs a monthly prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) for eligible individuals who participate in the Popsa research programme during the relevant monthly entry period.
3. Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open to individuals who:
are resident in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area (EEA), Australia, Canada or the United States of America; and
are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
The following individuals are not eligible:
employees, contractors, officers or directors of the Promoter; and
immediate family members or household members of the above.
The Promoter may require proof of eligibility.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Prize Draw, you must complete at least one qualifying Popsa research activity during the relevant monthly entry period. Qualifying activities may include (for example) completing a survey, participating in an interview, or taking part in usability testing.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Entry is free.
Unless otherwise stated, a maximum of one entry per person per monthly draw is permitted.
5. Entry Periods
Each Prize Draw runs monthly.
The entry period for a given month begins at 00:00 on the first day of that calendar month and ends at 23:59 on the last day of that calendar month, in GMT/BST (United Kingdom time).
Entries received outside the entry period will not be included.
6. The Prize
There will be one (1) winner per calendar month.
The winner will receive an Amazon gift voucher to the value of €250 or equivalent in their local currency.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
The draw will take place within 14 days of the end of the relevant entry period.
8. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery
The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their research participation, or another contact method used during the research activity.
The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to:
disqualify that winner; and
select an alternative winner at random.
The prize will typically be delivered electronically within 30 days of a valid claim being received.
9. Publicity and Winner Details
The Promoter may be required to make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.
In the UK, the Promoter will, on request, provide the winner’s surname and county (or equivalent region), unless the winner objects.
If the winner wishes to object to disclosure, they must notify the Promoter when responding to the winner notification.
10. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw, contacting the winner, verifying eligibility, and delivering the prize.

The Promoter will not use Prize Draw participation as a basis to send marketing communications unless the entrant has separately opted in.
11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to:
refuse entry or disqualify any entrant where it has reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions or fraudulent behaviour; and/or
cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, system failures, network congestion, or other reasons outside its control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited, including (for UK entrants) liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
