Easy to use app helpful and fun

This company go above and beyond. I had an upload issue for a photo book, they couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately the presentation box was slightly damaged when it arrived. They gave me a discount and sent a new one. So impressed. The actual book is of excellent quality too.

All in all a very easy process to create a photo book. It had easily understandable tools to adjust design, photo size and placement.

I created the book of photos in about 30 minutes. It was so easy. My first go and I will do more.

Fairly simple to use and get the initial book set up. There are some glitches when trying to move photos around as when dropping them into place the drop spot doesn’t line up and the photo view disappears. Took awhile and got it done now just waiting to receive my books.

The book got here in time for Christmas, which I started to doubt based on production & shipping updates. But you should know it’s done in the UK so allow plenty of time for shipping and clearing customs. The website/app never states it’s done outside US.

Slightly disappointed with the size of my book and some of the photos appeared darker than the originals.

There was a problem with the formatting of the cover vs. what was shown in the proof. They agreed to correct at no charge.
