First time ordering photo book on line. Pleased with the hard cover book we received. Good delivery time.

I selected my photos easily enough and they were automatically transferred to the book. I did struggle a bit to change the order of them once they were in but I am not very tech savvy so it could be me. Otherwise it was very easy to add pictures and the layout.

Your program is pretty good with the exception that I can’t find where I can put a title on the binder of my hardcover book. Your program is limited in design. But it’s convenient being able to add pictures without having to download them first.

The service is unbelievable. The day after I uploaded an order, there was a picture I wanted to put in the album. Customer Service was able to stop the order and give me a certificate so that I could go in even though it was being close to processed and correct the order and replace that order...

So easy to do, select your pictures, decide if you want gloss or Matt, choose a size and a colour, pay they get delivered in very good time I have 3 already,just waiting for the forth.. go on,you know you want too

Well to be honest. Great. They solved a problem about a mistaken zip code. Which was a mystery. And they let me reorder without cost my original order. Very nice to work with.
