From public triumphs to private turning points, the TV presenter, author and activist Katie Piper reflects on a year shaped by courage, conversation and clarity

Some years feel more meaningful than others. For Katie Piper, 2025 has been filled with colour, purpose and momentum – from milestones at the Katie Piper Foundation to the launch of her book Still Beautiful and the start of a new TV series, Katie Piper’s Weekend Escape.
With so many moments worth holding on to – and a self-confessed addiction to taking photos – editing her life down into a single Popsa Photo Book proved no small task. Captured in snapshots that tell a story far richer than any single headline, her Year in Pictures is a reminder that images don’t just document time passing, they help us recognise progress and reflect on just how far we’ve come.
As a familiar face on TV, Katie’s days are often framed by bright lights and open dialogue. Whether taking her seat on the Loose Women panel or appearing on Davina McCall’s popular podcast Begin Again, Katie brings the same warmth and honesty that have defined her career. But behind the camera, her year has also been shaped by the moments in between – time spent with family, sun-drenched travels, celebrating ten years of marriage to husband Richie, and welcoming a new addition, Sugar, who quickly became the most photographed member of the household.
Threaded through every image is a sense of nostalgia. There are glamorous snapshots and candid selfies alike, pictures that bring back not just places, but feelings: the build-up to plans, the calm of a January walk, the joy of seeing how children and puppies grow before your eyes. Together, these photographs don’t just document a year gone by, they capture what matters most to Katie now – connection, reflection and the joy of holding memories in her hands, ready to be shared one day on the sofa with the people who helped her make them.
