It was easier than some other sites but still a little confusing and won’t know how it really comes out till it comes in. Had to use customer service for help and still not sure it helps.had a problem using text part. Maybe should even be more older age friendly.

The app is very easy to use. I love the photo books that were delivered with fast shipping, quality is great and the customer service is friendly and responsive. Price is very reasonable. Highly recommendable. 5-star

Easy and fast. I was happy with the choices of sizes and styles. The software was intuitive. The one minor problem I had was a frequent “oops!” notice when I tried to replace an image in my layout. I had to “try again” way too many times. But still I would strongly recommend this product.

Popsa is the easiest software I have tried to use. I have tried several other companies and none of them compared with Popsa. I have now ordered a dozen photo books, and they all came out great.

I made a mistake on several pictures and popsa allowed me to reorder and covered the cost. Great customer service

great product /service. the one frustration is that i sorted all the photos in order before i logged on to your system. When they are uploaded into your system, the system totally scrambles everything--this is incredibly frustrating.

Once I got the hang of it, it became pretty easy to use. Had to change the file size on many of the pictures. Took a while, but it was a great experience. Looking forward to seeing the final product.

This is the 7th year I’ve ordered from Popsa. I have their Calendar every year and I also have the Christmas ornament every year with a Xmas picture of my granddaughter printed. I now have 7 ornaments. I plan to do this until she is 18 then I will give them all to her.
