Ok so it asks for 20 pictures and you pick 20 pictures and in the order you want them and then you somehow change them into another sequence and then start putting two and three together . If you pick them in order leave them that way and put a picture per page format . 5 times I tried to change...

Instant response from the online chat from what seemed to be a real person. Positive and prompt result to my request for a refund when my discount was not applied in my purchase. I had prepared for a battle but the response was great.

The Popsa app was very user friendly and saved the book , even when my phone died. I did want to crop and change a couple of photos and manages to do this but it was a little harder to find this function than the others. Otherwise excellent.

I would suggest you add a feature so one can add the special box for each individual ornament. Each ornamnet should have its own individual options.

Took me a little while to work out how to re-arrange the photos but hopefully I’ve got it right. It was easy to change the layouts and add some comments.
