I ordered a photo book of photos from my phone of my son’s wedding. I was delighted when it arrived. The quality and images were excellent. Some photos I had zoomed in on I knew would not be in as good focus but they were far better than I expected. By far the best photo book I have and had and I’ve  received amazing compliments about its quality and detail. I highly recommend this company.

My book was not printed properly and I wrote an email to customer service.  The response was immediate. They sent me a code to reprint the book free of charge which is the most you could ask for. The initial email from the customer service rep was a little irritating as she implied this was my fault - which it was not, because one copy was printed correctly and one was not. That would not have happen if I had made an error in creating the book. The follow up email was much nicer and the fact that they took care of it immediately is what will keep me a loyal customer.
