This was the 3rd book I made using Popsa. I found the first 2 easier because they were all accessing my Google images taken by me. However with this one I had an album in Google photos that included some friends photos. I couldn't seem to access those photos and it made it really awkward this time. I tried moving between the app on my phone and the desktop app to make the album easier to access but had major issues syncing between the phone and the website. Images just weren't carrying over between them. I ended up having to download my friend's images to my phone and use the phone app as the online web app just didn't seem to pick up the changes. This meant it was a more time consuming experience than my previous attempts. Generally it is a pretty usable experience though.

Great service,only fault asked if i wanted to change one of the pictures ordered.  It gave me an allocated time to change order but npt to change images.

I had inadvertently ordered a “square” large vs a “rectangular” large, not realizing there was an option of square vs rectangular. (I had ordered rectangular previously). When I reached out to customer support, i got to the right person who offered to reprint my book in the right size at no charge. Although their system doesn’t allow just reprinting and I had to recreate the book from scratch, I’m very happy with how much Coen cared about my issue and worked hard to help me resolve. Very impressive. I went from one star to five! The quality of the books are very nice and it is relatively easy to create a book.
