I have ordered four Hardcover Photo books. I have recieved three of them already. Had a little issue, but that was solved very very fast. So I'm very glad and happy with their work and service. Only why i didn't give five stars, but only four, because i found some place where they do it cheaper....

Popsa is very easy to use and probably comparatively so though i can't testify to that; I have used default setting but i think with effort they offer ways to tailor the product which is great. Price seems reasonable.

Love my books I create and with the new paper your company is using they are even better!!

The back page of my original order was a different color than all the others. Not sure if it was my error. I notified customer service and was given a voucher code for a free replacement book. A very caring company!

It id hard to follow instructions. For example How to add the text?

Being my first time using the app, it took me a while to put my photos in the correct order, then making sure each photo was 10/10 quality. That took me some time to work out, but was worth every moment of initial frustration to see the end product. Someone more tech savvy would have worked it...

I happened to see an ad on IG for Popsa. I guess social media is occasionally helpful. I’ve now made three picture books with Popsa for my international travels. It’s just nice to be able to curate the photos you want and to show people at work rather than having to scroll through your phone!...

The app sorted my photos into date order but it wasn't easy to edit them and move them around. It took 5 goes to get the album how I wanted and I ended up deleting some photos I would like to of had in the book. But good price, not received the book yet so not sure of quality

The app is great to use and the quality looks great on the previous. My only downside is the cost. Will all the add-on to ensure that it looks great, they all have a cost. Free shipping on over £70 is too high and the fact that you can only redeem one offer at a time was not great

Made my book in a competitor. Used the same amount of photos. Theirs came to $181.00. Popsa did it for about $60. Got my book in less than a week. And it turned out so good. The gift box, i did order, and it was perfect!
