The customer service was top notch. Putting the photo book together was pretty intuitive. My only wish was to be able to have an option to apply all when selecting a color for the page frames. If this is an option, I did not find it. Outside of that, everything was superb!!

I made a photo book for my mother and it was easy to bring photos in to the platform and even easier to edit. Great platform and the finished product looks like it will be really nice as a Christmas gift

It was easy to use if you want to have a collection of photos. It didn’t meet my needs so I will likely look for another platform next time. I wanted to provide more information about the pictures but didn’t have the space in the writing section.

I love that i can use my phone - but I should be able to add extra pages without adding extra pictures - I had the pictures I want in the file and adding ones I dont want to get extra pages - then deleting them appears to be the only way to do it - I sure you used to be able to hit done and move...

Easy to use app for phone and website that makes creating a photo book really easy. Loved that I could format each page separately. I bought this as an anniversary gift for my daughter and son-in-law to remember their wedding and the gift options were good

Popsa is SO easy to use!! I've tried many other Photo book sites and Popsa is by far the easiest, and with the best books! With other sites you have to create a folder with your photos, but Popsa just takes them from your library. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Creating the album was easy and fun. However, at check-out I ran into problems. It would be nice to have the "Delivery Address" and "Billing Address" on the same page to make check-out easier. Also, the advertised price was "half off" or $26. I ordered two of the same album and ended up paying...

This was so easy to use ! Been meaning to get pictures printed off for ages and what a simple way to do it. I look forward to making some more books for all our holiday adventures.
