Although I had an issue with my order, Popsa made it right. They have excellent customer service and the quality of the book is excellent. They take about a week longer to arrive than competitor books do, so allow about 10 days to receive your order. They are very well packaged and came right to our door.

Being a senior and not knowing how to work the internet well I didn't order from POPSA very well. Great product. Relatively easy to use but just a few tweaks were hard to find & apply eg font size. 
But have used before & will use again!!

The design was very easy to do - I didn't have much to do other than pick the photos.

It ended up being more expensive than I thought it would, however, especially given the prominent "50% off" offer.
I would probably not use this service again based on the price.
