Ordering a Popsa Photo Book might feel effortless, but behind the scenes there’s lots that goes into creating the magic.
Each book follows a carefully choreographed process that blends smart technology with real human care. From secure data handling and precise rendering to high-quality printing and hand-checked finishing touches, every step is designed to turn your digital memories into something beautifully real.
Here’s a look at what happens after you hit order, and how your Photo Book makes its journey from screen to doorstep.
Preparing your Photo Book for print
As soon as you place your order, we assign your Photo Book a unique 17-digit print ID, a digital fingerprint we use to track and reference your book throughout the entire production process.
Then we… pause.
We know there’s always that one last-minute tweak – a layout swap, a typo you didn’t spot until now. That’s why we build in a one-hour grace period, giving you time to make any changes before printing begins.
Once this period ends, your digital design is rendered, which means we convert your photos, captions and layout into a high-resolution, print-ready image for each page. This includes crop marks, bleed margins and colour calibration, so what you see on screen is exactly what you’ll see in print.
