Yes easy to download photos. I haven’t yet received the book ( a gift for family overseas & will be sent direct to them ) However I would like an update / progress . Nothing - no contact details where I can find out information?.

Once I had the photos uploaded, it was pretty easy to navigate. When making changes to the layout, I didn’t like how the pictures self-populated frames. Also, sometimes pictures that I had squared in the frame as I wanted them would change back and I had to do it again. Hopefully the end result...

Easy to use. You can adjust the photos and replace photos. You can also add and delete. So easy to use, not very time consuming, and the results are fantastic!!

This is an amazing app. I have been looking for a way the capture the growth of my twins as they grow. This was a perfect way to do that. I just wished I could still change/replace certain photos at checkout. Other than that everything was great.

I made my order but then noticed a mistake so contacted the company. They were extremely helpful and also let me add extra pages. It required me to cancel the order and reorder but I was given a vouchet code and visual screenshot instructions on how to apply it so I didn't have to pay...

Recently received my third book from Popsa - they are really good quality. However, on this occasion I did have an issue so reached out to the company who were brilliant in resolving it. Five stars from me for both the quality of the photobooks and the customer service!

I ordered a book with a selection of my holiday photos. I liked the options given to design the entire book yourself. It was printed fairly quickly, sent within two weeks of ordering, and I'm happy with the result.

It was easy however some of the features were a little restrictive. I would have liked more words in the narrative section.

All in all quite good. Being older I struggled a bit to manoeuvre through changes I wanted to make but got there in end. Wait to see album when It arrives .
