Was a it confusing as it’s my first time, but I’m sure I’ll eventually get it. Next book should be easier and you’ll get your 5 stars!

First time user and put together a recent "trip" book together. I was surprised at how easy it was to move pages so they were in the correct chronological order. Once I got the hang of it, I could move photos around and change the page design very easily.

Fairly easy to use and I’m a 75-year-old with limited computer skills. I would like to know if you proof the product before you print just to add that extra level of comfort for me that it’s going to work out.

We love the quality and look of the photo books. The editing was OK but a bit slow to load ar times, however you just hsve to be patient

I used my ipad to create my photobook. This device was so much better than trying to use my phone as obviously the screen is bigger. A difficulty I had was reducing the number of photos I wanted in my book. eg. I wanted a ‘collage page’ where I could fit 8-10 photos on a page of my birthday...

The process of design was great . had no issues loading my pictures . would like the delivery process to be revised for this not paying for express. Communication necessary . other wise all went smoothly. finished product was great

It was easy to upload the photos I wanted but the process of amending the order of the photos was not made clear so I left them in the order they’d ended up in. Overall, a straightforward way of creating a memorable gift.
