Recently placed an order? It will be sent to the printer nearest to your delivery location and is usually dispatched within 2 business days.

Important

To ensure that your order is printed please keep the Popsa app open whilst image uploads are in progress.

If you close the app uploads will stop and your photobook will not be printed.

Order Tracking

Customers will receive push notifications when your order's status changes as long as you have accepted permissions inside the app.

You will also receive emails so please check the email account you signed into Popsa with.

If you need to change your email address you can do this on the 'My Account' page inside the app.



How long will I need to wait for delivery?

Photobooks are usually delivered within 7-10 business days of ordering.

Occasionally shipping takes longer than expected. For example, severe storms and postal worker's strikes can delay orders from time-to-time.

Can I get a photobook delivered to someone else?

Popsa photobooks make fantastic gifts for friends and family, and you can get them delivered to any address. Simply enter your friend's details on the ‘Delivery Address’ page when you place your order.

Do I need be at the address when delivery occurs?

No. Popsa packages usually fit through the letter box and don't require a signature so there's no need to wait at home for delivery.

Where can I enter my voucher code?

When you place your Popsa order, you will see an ‘Order Details’ page before you confirm your billing details. Simply enter your voucher code in the space provided and tap ‘Done’ to apply the discount.

Will my photobook be protected in the mail?

Your photobook will be mailed using appropriate packaging to ensure that it reaches you in good condition. Packaging may vary in different countries but will adhere to Xerox Premier Print Partner standards.

What should I do if my photobook is damaged on arrival?

Please get in touch with us via this form within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.

Make sure that you include your order reference number and a photo, if possible, so we can find the source of the problem.
