My album arrived within days of ordering. I would have preferred it to be non glossy but was unable to find an option to change that - unlike with previous albums where the option had always come up.

Ordered a ornament from Popsa had a slight problem with the payment section but all sorted promptly by the virtual customer service desk , and my order was delivered just 3 days later I found the website very easy to navigate and straightforward I would recommend this company

I ordered my first hard covered book using pic of my son's wedding. It turned out so beautiful I ordered one for my son & his wife and one for my mother for Christmas. It is affordable especially with the black Friday discount. Well worth the money.

When I encountered a technical issue around the cropping of photographs for an order of ornaments, I received instant responses from Arnaud on the helpdesk which enabled me to address the issue. I find the site quite challenging to navigate, but Arnaud could not have been more helpful.
