How fast the photos loaded was incredible!

The pictures downloaded quickly but then would cut the heads off. I would try to fix, but it did not work. Finally after14 hours trying to complete the book. I gave up when I tried to enter my information for you to mail and to pay for product and i entered my address 16 times. It would not...

All the features I needed was available in a simple to use options. The picture resolution feature was a great way to know what to expect in picture quality. Looking forward to the printed Photobook.

Such a simple and easy process, easy editing tools and so many different options

It was much simpler than Snapfish but there were still some issues that I struggled with and difficult to explain but the help desk was brilliant and helped along the way. Now I await the result which I think 🤔 will be great.

Very helpful getting a replacement book made; however the replacement did not contain the blank first and last pages which makes it impossible to write a dedication to the recipient. I will probably choose a different vendor for my grandson graduation book next year.

It was easy to make up the design I wanted

Really easy and logical to make a booklet, even without any experience. One thing I couldn’t find out: how to add more pictures if you didn’t select them initially.

Popsa, Chris in particular, worked with me numerous times to ensure I had the keepsake I wanted. They reprinted several times, once my fault, the other, their fault but kept working with me until I was satisfied. I will not hesitate to use them again
