Anthony Ekizian

Anthony Ekizian is a French chef with Provençal roots whose career spans acclaimed kitchens in France and the UK. He began cooking at 16 in St Tropez before moving through Michelin-starred restaurants in Provence. He is now culinary director at Gaucho, where he shapes the brand’s food strategy, and he has authored Gaucho: Spirit of Argentina.
